Service
EXPECT provides deterministic return metrics, evidence-based AI drafts and optional storefront recommendations. Statistical patterns and before/after comparisons describe observations and do not establish causation or guarantee fewer returns.
Merchant responsibility
You authorize access through Shopify and must have the right to import any feedback. Review and approve every published recommendation. Numerical claims you add must be accurate and supported by your evidence. Do not use EXPECT to fabricate reviews, testimonials, sales or customer activity.
Plans and availability
App charges, plan approval and cancellation are managed by Shopify App Pricing. Displayed plan features are subject to a verified current contract and usage limits. Shopify or AI outages may delay synchronization or interpretation; statistical reporting remains available when the AI provider is unavailable.
Storefront and uninstall
EXPECT writes only its own product custom data. It does not rewrite descriptions, prices, inventory, theme source, checkout or orders. Theme blocks show only valid published content and suppress expired recommendations. Uninstall revokes authorization and begins deletion.
Support and governing terms
Contact the operator using the support details provided here or on the Shopify listing. The operator must finalize applicable legal terms, liability, governing law and dispute provisions before public launch.
